I had this happen on 10 West Easter Sunday. Some frick wad decided they would come to a complete stop in the left lane to use one of those gravel crossovers to head back East.

It seems like they've been repaving the whole city for the last 10 years. If anything I wish they'd stop all the maintenance and construction

I’ve seen close to this many times at the 10-12 split I’m sure I’m not the only one on this board that’s seen it. Someone in the far left lane needs to head towards Nola and cuts across 4 lanes to do it.
