Fratella still on the hype train, saying the cold front modeling could be too aggressive with those recurve scenarios. More of a northern gulf coast threat due to that.
Not a hype man, IMO. When he talks, I listen. I think he might be rdc. Or his long lost twin brother.

So only tampa is screwed right with latest model run ? So pretty much zero chance it hits Tampa. Lol

Tampa is one of those strange places that has had direct hits from hurricanes, but it's rare. If you talk to people from there, they think they have a hurricane deflector shield up.

Yes, it's concerning. Even a week out to project something like that isn't really that reliable. it could be slower, less pronounced, or just not make it all the way through. We're in September not late October. I don't trust any model saying cold fronts are coming down at this time of year until it's within a day or 2.

if it goes towards Tampa, it better watch it's back - Mike Evans will bum rush it and kicks it out to see

Depends on if the name is male or female. We know Aggies only hit dudes from behind like that.

I'm loving the shear layer on TT. You can clearly see what it will be dealing with for the immediate future:

Cuba wasn't even a speed bump on this run.
