I rarely have an issue with getting my order wrong at a drive thru. Just ordering an item at a time, specificity any changes, and getting verbal confirmation from their end really streamlines the process.
If it's going to go bad, I know it up front when the first item confuses them but you didn't have a chance to begin with there.

Robots are going to take away the charm of pulling down and waiting for spicy at Popeyes. Maybe they can program them to at least speak the lingo. “Pull ‘round bitch. Beep boop.”

They absolutely keep a high standard but meeting that standard involves actually having enough bodies there. I've worked fast food jobs before and generally if there was a problem at the window it was due to having the order taker having to do a bunch of additional shite because we were running a skeleton crew.
Even if there's a frick up at Chick-Fil-A, they've got someone else listening to the order who can fix it and enough people cooking/staging orders to keep it moving smoothly. There the only fast food company that seems to understand this, and it's why there's a constantly moving line around their building at all hours of the day.

Chick Fil A has been in my area forever. They never started having the ridiculous lines down the block until a few years ago right around the time of the CEO's comments and the "boycott". That was the best thing that ever happened to them. They were always awesome but it wasn't until people went there to spite liberals that it really set in how awesome they were

This is how I know you're lying.
I've been three times since September and had to pull up at all three visits. The order was always correct, but once, the food was stale. I sure as frick shouldn't have to pull forward and wait 5+ minutes for food that has been sitting there for two or three hours.

I believe him. I've had Popeyes a few times here in Ohio and have had zero problems. It's all about location and that particular staff/management. Again, McDonald's in a city versus McDonald's in the country can be an entire world of difference
