I was side swiped by a commercial vehicle.

I was just in an accident. Driver was stopped in the median, I was going by him on the right, he turned right and hit me on my side and sent me into a lake. Thank god I didn't get impaled or drowned. I called 411 pain and also Morgan and Morgan. Who should I go with?
