Thanks for the info, CW. I gave my insurance company this POS's information and am just going to go get my car fixed an pay my deductible for now.
Do I need to pressure my insurance to pursue him more or should they do it on their own?

They'll want their money back as much as you want your deductible. They can pressure this guy by suspending his license until he commits to and starts paying.

I can't speak to Geico policy but ultimately any insurance company would rather recoup from the ticketed individual's insurance company/pocket than their own. Good luck. It's a frustrating process.

I assume you have med pay and UMBI coverage. If you do, then you should be fine.
Don't need to know your limits, but if you aren't seriously hurt, I think you'll be ok.

Sorry doesn't fix a thing. If anything, it pissed me off more.

Yeah, I carry all that and we are both sore today but, thankfully, no injuries. I'm glad you are online, because you always have good insurance insight.

I really want to find him at his hangout (where I know he hangs out) and give him a swift kick in the nuts.

Wait until the soreness goes away, might not have all your flexibility and strength.

Remember how he went through that convoluted explanation of whom Opus should sue after Sean Penn beat him up for taking pictures of Madonna?

Carry on with your life. If the cops came then they issued a warrant for his arrest.
