I was asked to make a memorial plaque for one of the Marines recently killed in Kabul.

Apologies if it’s too big/small, I’m on mobile and it’s sizing correctly for me.

This plaque was presented to SSgt Hoover’s mom during his battle ceremony. She loved it, as much as a mother could love something like this, and I couldn’t have been more honored to make something like this for a fellow Marine. The plaque was made out of black walnut and maple. It’s 12” wide and 30” tall.
