I'm two days into this week, about 23 hours or so.
The idea of going in tomorrow is soul crushing.

I work 7 and 7 but this week I will be taking 4 days off.
Of course I have had more stress in these first 2 days than in the whole of a usual 7 days.

People have been taking mental health days forever. It's called taking the day off because you don't feel like going to work. Now everybody is just a pussy about it.
