911, I think part of the problem with the mustang is it makes no sound while it is going fast.

Well the LS3 does have more torque than the 5.0, so that explains the feeling of pushing you back into your seat.

I think the Benz would be a bit much for my 15 yr. old kid.
You might have overpaid if you paid $160K, bro.

I really liked the mustang but when my real toy finally came out the shop I was like "mod or sell" with the mustang. my wife drove it sometimes and she didn't want it to be loud so it went bye bye for a Jeep.

But the '10 Camaro had only 10-20 lb-ft more than the '15 Mustang. I fully expect it from the Vette - it's faster and more powerful in every manner possible and should be for twice the price. But I thought the Stang would feel more like the Camaro - though like I mentioned, probably just a simple case of manual vs. auto.

Cosmo, we both know that black people don't have baby seats. They get a pass from trivial shite like that.

It's a stupid mustang bro. 7th ward drove a mustang today, and was ushered out of the dealership quickly so he'd stop wasting the sales people's time.

yeah. I'm sure with a tune to reduce torque management it would feel similar to the SS

Also might be that all of my cars were manual, while the GT is auto with paddle shifters. But even the Camaro would put you back in the seat when you gunned it

Autos are faster than manuals.

It's always funny when unemployed people act like they're trying to buy a car. I bet that silly salesman had no idea you were just frickin around.

are you asking why the rear end gear ratio matters when you have a car with more gears over the 1:1 ratio?

You know having extra gears doesn't change the axle ratio.

Simply put in may cars in third gear you have a 1:1 ratio. For every rotation of the crankshaft you have one rotation of the drive axle. (this isn't all cars just and example) Now Now the driveaxle takes this and turns the pinion on the rear end. The gears inside then transmit power to the wheels. A 3.73 gear will multiply the torque from the driveshaft by 3.73. 4.10 gears would multiply that by 4.1.
So the greater the ratio, the greater the torque, but adversely the greater the engine has to work to produce speed, so generally 4.10 cars top out at much lower speeds than 3.51 cars. Or 3.73.
Any manual is going to have similar gears 1-3, but some cars are geared to stay longer in first than others. (A Lamborghini Murcielago redlines at 70mph in first gear, most others can't do more than 30-40)

So long post short, your post makes no sense.
