I stopped buying stupid stuff for one month.

The effect it has had on me has been more than money.
No gratification from buying things.
No waiting for amazon.
I strongly reccommend everyone halt all unnecessary purchases for a month.

I have a bad habit of buying things from amazon late at night after taking my melatonin. I barely remember it the next day.

Bike parts, car parts, 4x4 parts, power tools, bourbon, wine, equipment for the shop, books, movies, games... Etc.
Basically, if it wasn't necessary, I didn't buy it.
ETA: no new purchases of dildos and anal beads were made either.got enough of those as it is.

The only thing I waste money on is food. I.e. I will get an 8 dollar Korean fusion burrito instead of having a ham and cheese sandwich for dinner a couple of times a week.
