I passed out this morning

I woke up, walked to the kitchen, remembered a dream I had, and the next thing I knew I was on the ground. I was out for about four minutes.
When I was replaying the dream in my head, it was as if I was living the dream. It was intense. I felt like I was going to throw up, could feel myself getting lightheaded, but I wanted to replay the dream so much I didn’t care.
Has this ever happened to anyone else besides me?

That's how I found out I had Leukemia. Passed out in my office, got an ambulanc ride to the hospital
