Nice. I've tried the P90x yoda video and that thing kicked my arse. Bought a couple other yoga videos but haven't tried them out yet. Might give them a shot tonight. Sore as shite from bball yesterday.
I hated the P90x yoga at first but I love it now. I kinda stop doing the training plan since its started to running weather. I still do the yoga once a week along with a few of the other videos.

Arnold presses always seem to hurt my shoulders. I think I try to do to much weight.

Fried foods and the portion size are huge IMO. As a society, we eat way more than we need to eat. If you like to have some beers, just count the calories in 6-10 beers and couple that with the high caloric food you likely ate while you were drinking or for a night cap to try to stave off a hangover.
But you also need to exercise regularly. I would start with 4 times a week and work up to almost every day. Mixing up cardio and strength training is the best way to burn the calories and makes it easier IMO to get to the gym every day because it keeps things fresh.

I do 3 sets with no rest.
15 reps I do with 20 lb dumbells
12 reps 30 lb dumbells
8 reps? I struggle with 40 lb dumbells.
I don't know my max because I'm pre-fatiguing

Eat less calories than you expend = weight loss. Can't get more simple than that.

It doesn't matter what kind of food the calories come from?
Bump.

I like doing DB shoulder presses, cleans, front BB raises and lateral DB raises. No clue if that's a good routine or not.
Sounds good to me

Break your jaw like I did
Been 10 days and I've lost the 10 lbs in my gut and arse with being wired shut.
Drinking everything blended. Mostly soups and protein shakes.

I'm the most fit mother fricker on this board most likely. Let me tell you how I accomplish that:
Rock climbing
kayaking
mountaineering
skiing
yoga
Squat and deadlift weekly
Eat organic and gluten free
Smoothies as meal replacements
smoke weed instead of drink (but control those munchies)

Books:
Good calories, bad calories
Why we get fat - these address the hormonal impact of said calories
Bulletproof diet - this addresses the potential toxicity of food and its effect on your microbiome (gut bacteria)
I favor intermittent fasting . When eating, I adopt a cyclical ketogenic diet with carb refeed on training days (twice per week)

How do you do this?

Been smoking during this injury to boost my appetite. Blended foods suck. I've blended just about everything and nothing is "good".
Grilled cheese has been a go to every few days. As has blueberry muffins. Both with milk. If you kinda burn the grilled cheese you get those tiny burnt bread crumbs make it though. I wish I was missing a few teeth though

Sometimes the munchies win, especially when I do dabs. My go to when that happens is almond milk and these bad boys
Probably not ideal for losing weight

I have been sucessful lately just eating a shite ton of vegetables when i get the munchies. Last night I ate a giant mixing bowl sized salad, a sliced zuchini and a sliced squash sauteed with onion and two cans of collard greens.

You can't really bulk up and stay trim at the same time. You need eat and eat and eat to truly bulk then when you reach your weight...cut cut cut...do it in cycles and over time you can get there. I've been eating and dirty bulking like a hoss with no ragrets the past 10 months doing wendlers5.3.1 program...I've gained so much strength and gotten bigger but gained a lot of fat too. This January I'm going to shred after a full year on wendler.

Word. Word. I really eat all the time, and I honestly don't care about staying too shredded anymore. I just don't want to be pudgy.
