Hey Fatty, how is the weight loss coming?

btw Rocket the whole carb cut off point does work but its not for the reasons people think.
Why? Because people tend to mindlessly snack on unhealthy carbs like chips in the evenings?
no its because most do not eat breakfast right away. so they burn off all the excess liver and muscle glycogen the afternoon before, in the morning they wake and move around and are essentially burning almost all fat. its essentially the same effects IF has on people.

Eat less calories than you expend = weight loss. Can't get more simple than that.

It doesn't matter what kind of food the calories come from?
no not as far as overall weight loss goes. laws of thermodynamics.
now as far as what you are losing muscle vs fat, it sure as frick matters.

I have been slacking off. I'd say I'm around 13% too.

I haven't taken pics in a while. I'll have my wife take some tonight and I'll upload them to Photobucket.

I'm still trying to bulk up but it's tough. I need to lift heavier.
I can do it at the Y but it has gotten packed there over the past few weeks. I have been doing stuff at home lately to save time.

Two things I want are a bigger chest and bigger shoulders. I hate my shoulders.

I tried a new shoulder routine last week. Giant set of hammer strength shoulder press machine, side lateral raises, face pulls and shrugs. Six sets. Not sure how effective it is . Kind of came up with it on the fly because I was limited on time but it kicked my arse.

do u even arnold press mou?
Posted on 10/15/15 at 1:34 pm to mouton
I can do a lot of weight on shrugs and EZ Bar rows (?).
Shoulder presses and Arnold presses? I'm much weaker. I hate it.
