I went to Montreal for New Years two years ago and it was amazing..definitely keep it on your list for something different....But I would probably go with Costa Rica

It's a crazy fricking place. We didn't do Jaco VIP, we just rented a private villa right on Jaco Beach. It was $1,000 for four days. Total.
Partying is an assfrick for gringos, but well worth it. Lots of older, middle aged American men, many with wedding rings, toting Latina hookers around town fricking them relentlessly.

I'm doing Miami for mine this November. FSU Miami game is that weekend, NASCAR race on Sunday. Should be great

I'm pretty sure that I never saw a female in Jaco beach that was not available for $100 per hour. There were few fights, no dick measuring, puffy chested nonsense, it was so unique I cannot articulate it properly.

I thought this thread would be the same ol boring OT shite, but you guys brought a new, cost-conscious angle to a really old question.
My buddies get a lot of grief even getting away to Vegas without their wives. I'm gonna throw out Costa Rica now as an alternative for bachelor parties and see if they are dumb enough to bite.

Out of your list, do not go to Atlantic City or Charleston. Miami is overrated unless you a a "club type" person (I'm more of a bar>club type). NYC is cool, but you'd drop more money than you know what to do with. Another vote for Costa Rico here.

What's funny is I have been to Jaco during the day for some adventure stuff and thought it was a stoner surfer place. And I have heard all the Costa Rica bachelor party stories- just didn't realIze that was the place

Jaco is tiny, a literal village. Maybe 2-3-4k people.
You could also use Manuel Antonio as cover. It's beautiful, an hour or two south of Jaco on the Pacific coast. Monkeys and all sorts of cool shite, old Costa Rica. In fact, when you wanna kill yourself and are begging for water, a priest, and an STD exam, it might be a good time to make the trek south to snap pics of your vacation.

If you can afford it, Costa Rica is the easy answer.
If not, Charleston can be a blast. I went to a ~20 person Batchelor Party in Charleston once that was unreal. We got the most pimped out house in downtown, must've been 10 BR, pool table, roof-top jacuzzi, etc.
Chicks everywhere were stunning, had a blast.

There was a casino when I was there in 2010, I think, we never went or wanted to go. My vice is gripping elsewhere.

First off scratch Atlantic city and charleston
Add Costa Rica, cabo, and Vancouver
Vegas is understood and should always be considered but they've kinda priced themselves out of most mid 20's guys budgets
Eta: also panama is the new Costa Rica that nobody knows about yet
