That’s from a person running a sprint. Try that and you’ll see.

Walking on the beach this morning, doing a little thinking when I saw footprints in the sand. Reminded me of the poem Footprints in the Sand

It’s the water washing up

Yup. When sprinting there is no heel strike and the instep should be the last to leave.
In the images you have posted that person has a slight under stride and likely a little too much across body arm swing.

Kinda what I thought at first but it was a pretty good distance from the surf line and no other prints around it were like that. There were plenty other prints there around it that were perfectly normal
I am convinced it was the imprint of his foot. Somehow.

It's definitely a squatch.

My prints in the sand do the exact same thing, my birdie toe is longer than my big toe and it drags when taking the next step if I’m lazy.

The pattern is similar with everything around the prints. Pressure on the long toe may have been different from the others in a way that increased the effect, like if it made a deeper indent and when the water came up it would pool for that toe and sit so the sand would loosen for the next time the water washed up

If you stare at that long enough, the footprint looks elevated and the toes look depressed and it’s tripping me out

I came on this thread expecting to rule on something to do with Jesus

These prints were perfect all the way up and down the beach. No way this was someone running. It was on the left and right foot.
