Anything she could find to justify money for her outside of what I already pay for our children's education, etc. That's the point of a PI.

Not if you are in a legal battle with a crazy ex and you have your kids with you. I don't think anybody here would argue that what he did in general is wrong. It is of course ok to have a drink or two and drive home. What he did wrong was have those drinks in public with his kids there during a custody battle after his ex had accused him of drinking too much. How you people don't understand that I'm not sure.

Judge has heard it all before. Keep your cool. Hiring a new lawyer just means you end paying to rehash "the facts" of your dissolution.
