If you don’t wear a suit frequently, just save yourself some searching and go to Men’s warehouse. There used to be one on Johnston st.

I've had good luck with both Partners and Moseley. Both are off Camelia. Partners is across the street from Chimes behind Natural Grocers. Moseley is across from the b1 bank buiding on Camelia.

I fell for marketing and tried out MTailor for some shirts and slacks, and to my surprise, they fit incredibly well - I can touch my toes without my shirttail coming out, and I have a full range of motion. They offer suits, and if their measurement precision is the same for them, I'd imagine it's a solid choice if you can wait a few weeks. I think they run 500-800.
