I’d recommend some compression training underwear. I use them when I do any cardio, no chaffing at all

I mean like compression shorts, compression socks, some $250 racing shoes, arm sleeves, etc

I just use the shorts with the wicking material built in.
I tried the tight compression stuff, but to me, it was damn hot and uncomfortable.
