I know it's the Hayride...but this is funny IDC who you are....NOLA Julie Tweeter

Meet The NOLA City Inspector Who Didn’t Bother Visiting The Hard Rock Site
quote:
What’s even funnier is this picture, which has made the rounds on social media and elsewhere on the internet. Because a simple Google search will turn up Julie Tweeter’s address and a Google Street View of it will turn this up…
quote:
Two things about this are entertaining, in a cynical New Orleans gallows-humor sort of way.
First, that looks like Tweeter’s City of New Orleans truck in the driveway, which is fairly hilarious considering it appears she and the truck were at that house when she said she was at the construction site signing off on the work. No, Google Street View’s picture didn’t capture that very moment; at least we don’t think so.
And second, that house, with its peeling paint and rusted gutter and, shall we say, “suspect” landscaping, wouldn’t appear to qualify its resident to inspect anybody else’s place. This is who gets hired as a building inspector for the City of New Orleans? Keepers of eyesores?
Since Tweeter’s name was outed by Fox 8, she lawyered up and, as you might imagine, vaporized all of her social media accounts. But not quickly enough, as it turns out, and boy, was there some fun stuff on her Facebook and Twitter.
The internet found her and screenshotted the hell out of those social media accounts.

Are we positive this lady white?

She'll squeel like a lil piggy, the corruption goes higher than this nobody.

Definitely some sort of work truck, but is it for the city?
Given a photo date and orientation of the house relative to the sun, one could probably approximate when she was home in said work truck (if hers for the city), which could then perhaps indicate that she's stealing time and pencil-whipping inspections.

Or just utilize the data from the gps in the truck.

She seems like one hell of a hunt with a c

What peeves me off is she would be the inspector who, if that were your house, make you replace the gutters and enclose the attic OR ELSE.... She is an example of a stupid, lazy, typical government worker. She's the poster child of government workers.

Unfortunately, this is going to further bottleneck the OneStop shop at City Hall.
Treadway retired yesterday. Tweeter is good as gone. No telling who else is running for cover. Their website has been down for months. You can't schedule a regular inspection using modern methods and you damn sure don't know when said inspection will occur.
I've had SFM passed for two weeks on a project and still cannot get occupancy due to waiting on the building final. Calling them is useless. I told the client to move in and to hell with them.
What are they Ghana do about it?

The truck being there is humorous but the part about her house not being fit for inspection is a stretch

That raised porch looks a little too high to not have a railing too! And where's the handrail on the steps?

It's a joke. I've literally been trying to give them money since early December but they're too incompetent to take it.

are those 2 old car tires stacked on top of each other on the right side of the porch?

Probably belong to the city. Now, they're her patio furniture.

Do you have access to said data? Are we sure city inspector trucks have GPS?
I'm just talking about estimates based on that photo alone.
