Bump in pay / position with commercial cert gets her a bump in lifetime retirement payment. Spend the majority of your career doing as little as possible and then get all the stuff right at the end to feather your bed via our tax dollars. Sad thing is the city will move to allow her to retire with full benefits just to get her out of the spotlight to save themselves politically. And there isn’t a damn thing that we, the people paying for it, can do about it.

I don't get it. I dont see anything majorly wrong with the home. it's old and in an old neighborhood. There's some issues with the attic vent and soffit but nothing major. Are inspectors going to be required to live in DR Horton neighborhoods now?
