It can be, it just depends.

Of course it's viable.
It depends on the individuals.

How socially retarded are you? There isn’t near enough information, based on what you have given us, for anyone to answer your question

My dad was 40 when he married my step mom and she was 26. I was 12 at the time.

I was 12. She had some younger friends that were fair game after I turned 18

Absolutely. I dated a 23yo when I was 31, and it was honestly a very mature and healthy relationship.

I was 32 (divorced a little over a year) when I met my wife who was 20. We dated 9 years so she could finish school and get the first 3 years of residency out of the way before we got married.* That was 16 years ago and we are still married.

Depends on the individuals and their overall disposition, compatibility, and all the usual factors for any positive relationship.
I was 20 when I met my (now) husband when he was 33. We kinda both cluelessly danced around each other for a year not realizing we both had crushes on each other (or, at least, not taking the next step to act on said crushes). A year later, we got past that shite and started dating. A year later, we got married. And we’ll be celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary later this month.
