I respect your opinion on it, just don't try to push it on other people.

The beauty of it is we aren't being forced to take it so I'll give it more time

I don't think calling out clearly false information or totally misguided perspectives is pushing my opinion on people.

I would say if nothing else my opinion is informed as this is the world I live in every day. I'm not going to tell an attorney that they're biased and I shouldn't listen to them because I watch a lot of lawyer shows on TV and know how it all works.

Its truly incredible

I assume if we ever built an emergency road in less than 10 years these people would never drive on it

I find it amusing that 3 months ago, the leftist propaganda machine was pushing the "rushing a coronavirus vaccine now would be 'colossally stupid'", narrative when it was assumed Trump would win reelection!

ZiNN for the "Muh Gateway Pundit" crowd!

Now that Biden is the presumptive winner, the Pravda crowd is all in on the "We have to get vaccinated against a Virus with a 99.5% survival rate!

But let's be honest...if they came back and said, guys, it's going to be at least 2 years, so get ready for long term shutdowns...who would be sky screaming...

Not really

I'll preface this by saying I'm not for the restrictions, I'm for opening it up now. But I'm not sure how you can say everything they said needs to happen is happening when cases/deaths right now this week are at an all time high.

The vaccine isn't for me. It's for the elderly and the immunocompromised. Seeing as i'm healthy, young, and have already had Covid, why do i need to take it? Especially considering the actual virus was nothing more than a 2-3 day cold and then i lost my smell and taste for a few days. Milder than the flu.

Yeah, we politicized it. Not the inbreds on the left.

Let's not act like only one side is being hypocritical. The political folks who love to politicize everything, they're all being critical.

The Right is mad that no one is giving Trump credit and making fun of every news outlet who said we wouldn't have the vaccine before the end of the year like Trump said. And those same people are saying there's no way they're taking the vaccine and one of the reasons is that it's way too soon and it all came together too quickly.

Its for everyone. The more people that get it, the quicker this ends.

Yes. Its mostly for them. But that is also the main group that does have to worry about serious effects from the vaccine, so some of them won't be able to get the vaccine. They depend on the healthy population being vaccinated to help them. This is how all vaccines work.

If you have already had COVID, you may not need to. If I already had COVID, I'd wait just so I didn't take someone eleses dose.

Completely irrelevant, but ok.

Tell that to the fricking idiot Salmon. I quoted a CNN article, and he immediately blames republicans for politicizing the issue.

Not very interesting. Your posts tend to lean more left. So it's not much of a stretch for anyone to accuse you of being a liberal, even if you may not be one. And you may be neutral for all i know, but seeing as this board leans more to the right, you tend to jab at the right more than the left.

I'd say the vaccine not being for me, personally, is true. Don't need to get vaccinated for a virus i already have built up immunities for...unless those immunities aren't there.

FWIW, i think the vaccines are mostly harmless, and don't think that fear of vaccinations because they'll cause your limbs to fall off is a warranted response. Just think, like the flu vaccine, if you want one, get one. No need to mandate others get one.

You answered your own question

I jab at the right more because that is the majority of the posts here

I jab at the left posters here too when I get a chance, but there just isn't that many

That and if masks and social distancing and shutting down businesses worked, we wouldnt' be seeing a spike, assuming the spike is legit. CDC is a mixed bag of hypocrisy right now.
