I just torqued my knee falling through a porch

I'm a fat arse. And I picked up the base of a concrete table not thinking about the combined weight.
Apparently: FA+200lbs=too much
Immediately snapped through the old cypress 1x4.
I am now hiding in the shop so my wife doesn't realize I actually hurt my leg.
Tldr: ESAD.

If you didn't get some splinters,or gash your leg,it's a miracle. If that happened,you should probably get a tetanus shot.

I'm thankfully wearing underarmor under my pants because it was cold as shite this morning. No cuts, bruised very very badly.
