Flying in circles above the Bywater area of New Orleans

I’m sure there’s a simple explanation

I’m just very curious

The political board had no answers

Can you refer me to another board for answers

Or another agency

We spray for mosquitoes from trucks at dawn or night

This was early afternoon in the bright sunlight

There is indeed mosquito spraying around dusk, but I've never heard of it from a helicopter. Mosquito control via helicopter seems far too expensive. No answer for you, but I don't think it's mosquito control.

I love the sense of humor

But I’m just saying what I saw

At first I thought it was a police helicopter or a news helicopter

Then I saw it spraying with three nozzles on each side

Just read an article

They are spraying for mosquitoes, termites, and rodents due to a detection of West Nile Virus

They are spraying from 7:45 pm to 12:00 am

I don’t know what 12:00 am is

They were spraying in the early afternoon

Weather control. Substance attracts HAARP’s electromagnetic waves.

The first sign you’ve been affected by the gay frog juice. Good luck.

Not sure how this is a Rant topic... but frick it.

Maybe it was Myles Brennan working on his pilots license and wanted to try to make levee stop in NOLA.

It could have been a larvaecide instead of an adulticide, in which case it doesn't matter what time of day it is sprayed.

It's the bug man, dude. Did you just get off the boat. We do it for mosquito abatement.

New Orleans mosquito control operates a Bell 505 helicopter in a spray role. N50MC if you want to track it online.

Contrail seeding. Multiple potential functions, but most likely trying to disrupt Chinese spy satellites.
