Seriously
Cut out the carbonation and excess caffeine
Try coffee or tea anytime before 2-3 pm. Preferably with no sugar and no carbs

Rex - get yourself some sparking water and add a little fresh OJ to it.
Gerolsteiner (they sell it at Whole Foods) has the most bubbly "bite" - it really feels like a Diet Coke which is like 75% of the attraction.
Any of them will do (La Croix, generic, Perrier) but Gerolsteiner is the closest healthy proximity to a Diet Coke.

Get a tonsillectomy. Couldn't have coke for a couple weeks but was on pain meds so I didn't feel the caffeine withdrawals.... Made sure I didn't fall back into the bad habit afterwards

I will give that a try. Thanks, Winston.

I don't know how people drink diet anything. Always leaves a weird aftertaste. And if you're going to drink soda, you might as well drink the regular kind since they're both bad anyways

I was addicted to that garbage. I swapped to iced tea or mio for my caffeine fix. Give yourself another form of caffeine to enjoy and you'll forget about the diet cokes.
