Mr. Moshood at 412-690-1427 moshood_house209@aol.com
has hijacked my rental home listing and is trying to scam people by having them mail him a deposit.

This is the first rental I have listed online and this happening didn't cross my mind so I didn't watermark my photos. Evidently he took the photos and the address, listed it at a different site for a cut rate price and is sending people by to look at it through the windows and then getting them to send a deposit while he "runs a credit check".

I guess having a different phone number from what's listed on the rental sign isn't a flag to many people.

So, what can we do with this phone #? I figure the email is worthless as he will just create a new one.

Sounds like a terrorist. Call and tell him you're with the FBI and you have evidence that he's planning attacks with ISIS

There are some Mexicans around the north Georgia area that are running this scam where they take pictures of people's cars that are parked somewhere for sale and list them as their own. They show up with people and look at the car but don't let them drive it obviously because they don't have the keys.

Some people are retarded enough to put some money down to "hold it."

Anybody say murder? You should try murder, frick that dude.

Somebody did this to a house I was living in, it wasn't even for rent. We had all kinds of creeps driving by trying to look in, it was weird.

So yeah, kill the guy.

The law is tricky here. You’ll probably end up having to let those people live there for a while.

Go to the house and put a sign on inside of front window warning people about the scam. Tell them to only call your number for info.

Make sure Mr. Moshood doesn't actually break into the house, change the locks, and rent it out to somebody.

I’ll call him and lease the house and turn around and sub lease it for a profit. The house will be tied up in court for months while I pay neither of you. By the time it gets resolved I won’t be in trouble for anything because I signed a fraudulent lease.

Can you send a link to your listing so I can get started?
