I hate Lowe's and HD; anyone local I can give my business to?

I'm looking to buy and install a sink.
I'm guilty as charged for using aforementioned but I am done with both. Horrific communication.
I want to do local business. Where can I buy and get installation that is BR proud?
I will even be Gravy and buy black if that helps.

There is a great bath and kitchen store on Airline...Southern Kitchen and Bath...right by Barringer Foreman..next door to Pimanyoli's BarBQ...ask for Sonja.

Is ACE hardware in LA? The ones in AL are all locally owned/operated (i guess not owned) but they are top notch in sercice/reliability. You may pay more but worth it

Plumbing warehouse for local spending. Tell them what you are looking for and if you need/want to install new piping.
They won't baby you along with installation but if you are considering doing it yourself I'm going to assume you're comfortable with the installation? process
