I had the same problem. No jock was recommended because i wear Under Armour underwear with plenty of support - which was key. Mine swelled to the size of my fist after the first few day. The Doc said no sex for a while ( don't remember how long ) but that ended up being my problem.
I emptied both barrels and 90% of the pain left. A few days later, the swelling began to subside and the rest of the pain left. I didn't even finish my painkiller prescription.

Not all women can have those devices, tough guy. Wife's IUD caused her all kinds of complications so she had it removed. So it was either the snip for me, or wrapping it. Easy choice, but you do you, Bad arse Billy.
