I figured there'd be a man or truck on the upper side of the road when I got close. I stopped at the spot and looked around. Nothing there. Was too scared to get out. It was weird. Plus just my boy with me, who had fallen asleep. Had I had a gun or an adult I'm getting out to investigate.
White people

You mean Sequoia National Park?

125 yards away this brown figure

I'd say the figure was a medium build around 6 to 6'5.
That's a lot of distance to be certain of its height to around 5 inches. And by "medium build," do you mean medium build for the human that you described or medium build as to all of the Sasquatches that you have seen over your life? You know, as opposed to all the stocky or slim sasquatches you've seen.
What you have described was a human being, the only bi-pedal mammal known to inhabit that part of the world.

I'm the same way. I WANT to believe but haven't had a sighting with anything really.
I have a VERY straight forward no bullshite friend that claims one morning while hunting in Michigan he saw Bigfoot. Listening to his story gives you chills because he is so certain of what he saw.
Then my grandpa is the same way very strict no bullshite. He tells a story about a UFO flying into a field behind their home one time and how he sat out on the back porch with his shotgun from the moment it happened till the next morning.
It's just crazy because NOTHING you say will ever convince these 2 differently. I'm almost jealous of them because I just don't know what to believe. They do believe because in their heads they know.

I saw a big cat in the swamp when I was 12. I won't let anyone tell me otherwise. I know what I saw. sure I may be wrong on the size from the distance I was at.

I'm thinking you have a loose definition of what a "biologist" is

I saw a black panther (cat, not the fools) when I was around 10 or so here in southern GA. Nobody believed me, either.

Good story. And 125 yards comes quick when driving so you prob saw what you saw.

Some hippis were burning off a massive stash of pot that was about to be discovered. You just drove through the fumes. It's why your son was sleeping. He couldn't hang.
