I did a stupid dare today

The dare by the wives, the guys won't drink two pots of cleansing tea. They have been doing it as some yoga BS centering crap.
The oneupmanship because I have to top everything anyone does, especially women:
Before drinking the tea, eat four cups of fresh fruit salad, eat two cups of steel cut oats, and eat 8 fiber gummies.
We all did it, and now there is a snapchat going back and forth of epic poos. I will spare you the pics.
The worst part, all adults...
Word of advice, AVOID THE TEAS!

I really want to know the answer to this also. My friend's ex-husband always wanted her to go admire his crap.
