I caught this guy riding his bike in my neighborhood this morning.....

He didnt look familiar and looked a little suspicious so I followed him for a minute then noticed he got off his bike and went and started peeping in my neighbors window with his pants down.
So I yelled at him...“Whatcha looking around for?" He seemed startled and frantically pulled his pants up and yelled back at me, something about the weather...and jumped on his bike and rode off.
We have the whole incident on the Ring Doorbell camera and will be reporting it to the police.
Be careful our there folks....got some real weirdos riding around your neighborhood while most folks are at work
Description of the perp.....he was about 5'6" 185 lbs, large nose, black hair, man bun, looked to be Jewish, was wearing cargo shorts and long white T Shirt.
