Most of my team was not free until 3 pm (other meetings). So there you go. I'll probably bring in pizza or something as a make up. I am not exactly thrilled with the time either but need to have it.

Then make them move other meetings, or have it with those who can make it and have those fill in the few that can’t, or send an email recap to those people, or meet with those others on Monday.

No one wants pizza at 3:00pm that’s awful

You've never eaten at Mr Bs in the quarter? Go get you some gumbo yaya and BBQ shrimp. Your life will be forever changed.

In actuality I would just decline the meeting because I took vacation this week and then follow up with him immediately on Monday like the little servant I am haha

Way to go a-hole. I'm taking a client (which I normally don't do) to make sure everyone is out of here at 3.

Like even the restaurant in our building isn't even serving lunch today.

Yet you are holding a meeting to stroke your dick on a client that probably is off until Monday.

Way to boost that group morale dickweed.

Edit: Not directed at you Morbid

doing work until lunch and then letting my people go home. We reached the point where we needed to be, so no reason for me to keep everyone here just for busy work.

This is the move of someone who thinks he is more important than he really is. The middle management power trip move is more transparent than you think.

No, you don't. Nobody worth their salt "NEEDS" to have a meeting at 3:00 on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.

I'd say you're the shittiest boss I've heard of...

But out of 7 employees at my jobsite I drew the short stick and have to be onsite until 7p
