i actually get out of rehab, something i wish i would have done a long time ago, when I first got clean, so maybe i wouldn't have relapsed, on the 16th... May 31st is my new date

Lost 15lbs. over the last three weeks, didn’t need to but I had some labs done and doc recommended cutting down on sugar intake. Wasn’t hard, watched what I ate during the week, weekends belong to me though.

I’d save so much money if I didn’t drink, but I’m also not an alcoholic and I love the social aspects of it.

yeah, he told me that too but I cant stay away from those honey buns in the morning. I am not in that bad of shape but my clothes getting tight and I do not want to go up another size.

There are many reasons why I am drawn to TD, one is how everyone is treated like...family. Well, not right off but eventually. I enjoy checking in after a long day at the office. Yeah, I have no life.

Quit smoking almost 10 years ago. Life sucks these days - I don’t smoke, I don’t do drugs, I don’t drink…..
