Looking at the google map traffic it does not look like I-10 West is shut down at the bridge.

They announced yesterday that they will keep the interstate lanes open during construction. So any future accident delay will just be the normal shite show we are used to.

No, that's US 90 Business. I-10 splits to the left, cuts across the Quarter, and goes towards Slidell.

The MRB (aka CCC) crosses the river on 90, not I-10.
