Wow

Not to mention: 2002?

I had no idea Jindal was a Democrat.

I hope you get a new ferry when it falls down.

Does that report talk about how to pay for it? I know they were looking at tolls, but it may have been voted down.

Its an interstate, so lot of red tape involved with putting a toll on a bridge.

Not impossible, but a really big headache.

But that poster is just like that website: all bitching with no plan to offer.

Last I read the new bridge was approved with tolls, funding received, and then the truckers union blew it all up because of the tolls. I haven’t heard of a new plan.

Truckers and railroad are the biggest pain in the asses to deal with in Project planning. They will run up some dates.

Let’s just save all the money and not repair to go towards the new bridge! Let’s see how long it takes us to save 2 billion dollars! Nothing bad will happen to the bridge by then!

Stop being scared and put a toll on that bad boy.

The revenue would do wonders for the area if allocated properly so it wont help much.
