Legally? Make yourself a closely held S-corporation and pay yourslf dividends instead of a salary.

Dat way too much.

Years ago a guy with a coin opt. Laundromat would take hundreds of dollars of change to his church every week as a donation, but in reality he was just trading his change for paper money with the help of his wife that was in charge of deposits at the church. The fraudulent donations to his church was a secondary finding to an IRS audit. The IRS used a formula tied directly to the water bill that proved the owner was under reporting income. Each machine used X amount of water per use and his water consumption was much higher than the income he was reporting. I'am sure the case was more complicated than this, but my point is they have lots of tools and smart people to find fraud.

He was asking for a "friend". Now you have the IRS checking him out!

Maybe if your wife stopped holding back on the cash money she gets for hookin, you'd have money in the house.

I have a mostly-cash business. I get 1099's that probably cover 75% of income. I could under-report the 25% if I wanted, but I don't want to screw with the IRS. I don't claim all of the business deductions that I could (like an idiot) as well.
The way I figure, if I ever do get audited and there's a discrepancy, maybe the lack of deductions will make up for it

The IRS is a lot more aggressive than they used to be. They will freeze your assets and they will sell your assets including your house to settle your tax bill. It's not soemthing to frick around with.

I would have to say first give money to Hillary Clinton's campaign. Second contact Rev Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, they can get away with not paying taxes.

Im looking into this now. I sent yankee's wife a text to work up some numbers.
I figure if we charge $20 per manicure, with a $7 addon handy, we can make bank. She can even give 2 handies at a time; ive seen it. So, if we can average 7 manicures and 3 handies an hour, we'll be grossing $161 per hour!!! Double that if shell let em piihb.
20 hr days = $3,220 per day!!!!
If i trade that for stamps, i could get $6440 in food.
I bet i could get all the neighborhood kids to sign something saying they picked up stuff for $599 a year too.
Ok...i think im ready to take this to the money board.

It should be 4 at a time if she weren't a rank amateur. You've got to force her to use optimal tip-to-tip efficiency. You pair that with properly matching up dick-to-floor ratios, and she can start hotswapping new guys in between strokes and really start boosting that cash flow.
