Lets say louisiana extends stay at home order until end of may, but florida opens up say 2nd week of May.
Is Louisiana going to try and stops its residents from going to the beach at the panhandle redneck riviera?

As soon as Florida opens the beaches I’m squeezing the old lady into a tube top, loading up the igloo xtreme and kids into the truck, and hitting the road. Gotta beat that tunnel traffic.
