The center turning lane since you need it spelled out for you.
Just riding along in that center lane because it has less traffic is not legal. Moving into to make a left turn, which it is meant for, is different.

With the clarification you are correct you didn't make it clear they can be there when turning. The turning lane is obviously not legal to ride or drive straight through unless it is a turn or straight lane which cars can be in but outside of some rare situations a bicycle should not be in. Where there is a left turn lane a cyclist has two legal options either make a Copenhagen turn or use the turn lane, most cyclists only do a Copenhagen turn if there are bike lanes on the road they are turning onto. It is usually preferred if using the turn lane to set up to take up a full space in the turn lane since you have to swing all the way out to the far right-hand side. And if you stop in the far right portion in the turn lane cars will sometimes pull beside you which produces a dangerous situation for the cyclist.

Weber city road is another road that people ride bikes to Walmart. And that road has no shoulder what so ever. Ive seen people on bikes at night in those curves that I didn't see them till they were 10 yards from the front of the truck. I guess that's why they have all those crosses in the ditch on the bayou side

Great. Another cyclist vs cars debate. Don’t ride a bike on the highway dumbass! Ride in a subdivision.

I’ve literally never seen a biker do this. I’m not saying it has never happened before, but it’s certainly not as common as you’re trying to make it out to be.

frick cyclists.drivers crash into each other in big as vehicles with more visibility. What makes people think cyclists riding on narrow roads with motor vehicles won’t get hit? It’s one thing if you need to ride a bike to get to work and support yourself. You gotta’ do what you gotta’ do... but anybody who chooses to ride bicycles on roads like this for fun or exercise, they’re fricking morons.
