Which is bad because the gulf is primed in September there aren’t many cold fronts to shear storms and push them away. Anything that gets in the gulf the next 3-4 weeks will blow up

Except we’ve been in a pattern all summer where fronts have been making down to the gulf every couple of weeks and looks to continue after ridge moves out

It must be nice for all of these weather wishcasters to not have a job and watch computer models all day. How many of these weathernerds have actual meteorology degrees ? Not from Mississippi state either.

Most models show a setup that would keep anything that forms pinned down in the BOC. However, there was a bit of a northward drift in the 12z ensembles.
