We ran the streets in mandeville without any issues after Katrina under the curfew..
Now, if one passed Troop L, a state policeman was most certainly going to pull you over. The only acception was when LSU played Arizona State.

Yeah, BR not getting into the TS warnings much less a cane warning. I know you're trolling some here, just need to put the good word out.

Yep.
Do you get extra money for Uber XL in your mini-van?

Nothing's going on, but we have to wait to see. Still time to bomb out to a Cat 5, right? Stay tuned to the Weather Channel.

Thanks but I don't think the BR contingent was really sweating it out.

The next 12-24 hours will tell the tale.

I just got approved for Lyft this morning, so probably not unless you're an old fat white dude that just left the Rendon Inn

I'm downtown Nola right now and get off work at 10pm. You think I'll have any issues getting to Metairie?
Less than usual

You can still make some good money on that? I thought they were really starting to screw over their drivers.

Averaging $20 an hour after accounting for taxes I'll have to pay. Not as much as I make at my real job, but easy, flexible side work.

Good chance you will pick me up eventually considering there are several drivers I've gotten 3-4 times. So I imagine I've been through a good amount of them.

BR all sorts of gunshy after August 2016.

Nate is a bigger beta storm than Matthew
Posted on 10/7/17 at 7:36 pm to The Boat
Stronger winds popping up away from the center. Nate definitely losing organization into landfall and might be shifting the worst stuff miles east of actual center coming in. Might being the keyword, but looking more and more like SELa dodged the bullet.

Does it count if no one lives there?

I spread some lawn fertilizer today and I think I'm going to have to water my lawn tomorrow to get it soaked in at this rate.
