Looking at the storm surge map, it shows that Port Royal, Naples most exclusive subdivsion, and among the most exclusive in all of Florida, is forecast to take 9 ft of surge. There are houses in Port Royal that go for 10-20 million and more.

Port Royal is located on the north side of Gordon Pass, the inlet from the Gulf to Naples Bay.

FWIW, the record low at that station is -2.48 feet, which has already been surpassed, and the record high tide is 3.11 feet, which will probably get obliterated.
