Boy Savannah...

What would that do? They've been very lucky the last 30 years.

Also the reaction the Charleston and Beaufort folk that decided to stay will be interesting.

Wonder if it will stop over SCarolina and then head north over land?

I think what Duke posted below, yes it is a model, doesn't bode well for your home state. Have never been to SCarolina but if that model run holds, gonna have a mess on your hands.

You should be fine unless it continues to shift south/west and you find yourself directly under or to the east of it at which point lots and lots and lots of rain would be the concern.

Not in flood insurance bro, it’s a Federal Policy across the board.

No Adjuster has that authority

Everything depends. Are you in a flood zone? Are you on the coast? Do you have trees next to your home? Are you properly insured? Do you have a generator? Are you in a neiborhood close to the cultcha? Are you on the coast? This is going to be a rain event like you have never seen. What kind of trees are on your property? Sorry to say but if you need help so will everyone who lives in your area. If you come through untouched thank God and help those who are less fortunate.

I doubt this would match the flood of 2014.

If it does though

Definitely not.

Katrina alone probably multiplied the number of posts by 10.

As the plains burn on SECR was another massive one.

I wish chicken could repost the Katrina thread. I was 18 when Katrina happened and I was only on the rant section of tigerdroppings. The as the plains burn thread I read that everyday faithfully and I thought for sure Cam was going down lol.
