If that thing came ashore in Louisiana the whole state would have catastrophic flooding as well as parts of TX, AR, MS, AND AL.

We (Marines) we're founded in a tavern. Yes, we like to party. Usually it's Japan Marines having Typhoon parties. Go to PX, stock up and locked in barracks.

PI is evacuating to Albany, Ga. This is a regular thing for them. they've done it two or three times in the past few years. Usually just for a few days. I dont know what kind of infrastructure Albany has for long term training if it came to that

The county says predictions show they could be under hurricane force winds for up to 17 hours

So how far inland are these hurricane winds going to be felt?

What about saltwater intrusion up all those creeks and rivers?

With the wind, rain, storm surge, flash flooding, mudslides....I hope if they are telling you to go......you better go
