Bahamian red cross is the best I can find. They are on the ground already of course.
Someone mentioned one done by US vets but i can't remember it.
Don't worry about the neighbor. The people there are the ones needing support.

Sounds like they are going to fully evacuate Abaco as it’s simply not liveable for the time being. Just a tough deal all around. Hopetown was a jewel in that part of the carribean. Hope all those people can put their lives back together.

Yeah my buddy and his friends have been flying blackhawks and other choppers out of Stuart all day delivering supplies.
My AIS is showing tons of cargos, Cruise and ferries arriving in the area.

Bush, isn’t it crazy how reliable the local experts, NHC, and the TWC are? They nailed this and maybe even underestimated the severity this storm while lots of armchair weather wishers dismissed it for the East Coast all together.
Like I said 3-4 days ago, it was just too early to tell. Anything could happen.
That Governor of South Carolina is due an apology for all the shite he got for calling a mandatory evacuation when he did. A lot of that criticism came from this board.
