11 is full of soft people compared to a few others.
It just depends on where they draw from. Lots of outdoor country baws in those areas too.

It wouldn't be Hunger Games because 11 would never be overthrown to start with but to play along.
8,9,10 & 11 make a pact and win easily. Citizens of those regions storm the Capital. Flyover country now runs the US.

District 4 looks gerrymandered, call in the federal courts.

District 1 is dead before it even started. Mesicans ain't having any of this shite leaving only sky screamers and boob jobs walking the dog. 1 earthquake and a forest fire and district 1 is a wrap.

District 11 is going to show up and be sad when they find out how Hunger Games actually work. D11 could end up being repped by a 12yo baby baw that plays clarinet and D1 could pull an 18yo MS13 member with four teardrops.
District 4 got Baton Rouge, NOLA, and Miami. We got som hard people that could get drawn

Capital is in a really weird spot.
I've never even read it, but I would bet that it's designated to be in a nothing neutral place for that reason.

District 4 will hope on a boat and wait for it to be over.

The entire regions don't fight each other, people. Two representatives from each region meet at a neutral location.
Sounds very strategic. This cancels out 11 conquering.

10 has the most preppers

11 might win in a warlike FFA, but in a two-person lottery, 11 is just as likely to get some soft AS HELL obese kids.
But half of this board can't read anyway.

Thought the same thing last night. Is this what those movies were all about? Haven't watched any of them. Can I shoot the squirrels that run around my bird feeder?

The Hunger Games trilogy takes place in an unspecified future time, in the dystopian, post-apocalyptic nation of Panem, located in North America.[8] The country consists of a wealthy Capitol city, located in the Rocky Mountains,[9] surrounded by twelve (originally thirteen) poorer districts ruled by the Capitol. The Capitol is lavishly rich and technologically advanced, but the districts are in varying states of poverty. The trilogy's narrator and protagonist Katniss Everdeen, lives in District 12, the poorest region of Panem, located in Appalachia,[9] where people regularly die of starvation. As punishment for a past rebellion against the Capitol (called the "Dark Days"), in which District 13 was supposedly destroyed, one boy and one girl from each of the twelve remaining districts, between the ages of 12 and 18, are selected by lottery to compete in an annual pageant called the Hunger Games. The Games are a televised event in which the participants, called "tributes", are forced to fight to the death in a dangerous public arena. The winning tribute and his/her home district are then rewarded with food, supplies, and riches. The purposes of the Hunger Games are to provide entertainment for the Capitol and to remind the districts of the Capitol's power and lack of remorse, forgetfulness, and forgiveness for the failed rebellion of the current competitors' ancestors.

That region would do a LOT better than y’all think.
And the food.
My god. You can't even call it the hunger games when them baws get to cooking.
