Sex is at birth (and can itself have some ambiguity...e.g. what if you are born with both?)

That is Scruffy’s stance for the US.
Gender studies and nearly all of sociology should only exist in private institutions.
It shouldn’t be acceptable for the government to back loans for those degrees.
