The gun did this. Nothing else.
Really ? I don't think I've ever seen a rifle climb a ladder, position itself on a rooftop, then randomly shoot into a parade. I guess while the rifle was doing Crimo's bidding, Crimo was dancing around the rooftop in a dress.

See, this kinda shite is easy to say, but just like simply defining what it is you want to ban, it’s actually quite complicated to implement. We’ll start slow….what exactly is “unstable”? What is a “mental illness” and who gets to define it? Is something like being on a med for depression/anxiety considered “mental illness”?
