Well considering I was over 240 pounds in high school, I'd say a lot better than most. I'm like the only guy who didn't go and get fat. One dude who played football with the most insane 6 pack lost it all thanks to a desk job.

I look better than I did. Most of the women look much much worse (chunked up), but a few have maintained or gotten a little better. Most of the guys either look the same or got fat.

considering all the hot arse still messaging me daily, "when are you coming home?" "Meet me at the beach..." every picture 100+ likes...I'd say pretty damn well.

I'm like an adonis compared to most. That says less about me than the people I went to school with and how their trashy lifestyle has aged them.
