The best and only option is rum runner bags I bought mine off of Amazon. I've used three times on 3 different cruise lines and never had an issue

Alcohol in your checked baggage has a way better shot of getting onboard than in your carry on luggage. Pass the guy taking suitcases a 20 and your stuff will make it onboard unscathed.
