don't think I will, I just wish my divorce would have been in one of those Parishes

ETA: again, I wouldn't press to test, but the DA, and the criminal court judge that I would hypothetically go before are former roommates, teammates, those ties in the bayou run pretty deep

The DA is married to one of my coworkers. I got a ticket for running a stop sign, a tail light out, and a two year expired inspection sticker. That shite just magically disappeared and I didn't even have to ask.

Cuts both ways, my ex-girlfriend is a ADA, if she somehow knew I had a ticket for any traffic offense she would probably try to get a warrant issued for me, I never speed in her parish.

no, I don't

ETA: glad to see you're paying attention though

ETA: to spell it out for you though, Captain Obtuse, I don't get in trouble with the law(probably should have a time or two,) and I don't live in south La anymore, just saying that I've seen how these connections work, I still have them, and they still do, now GFY as you eat your frozen tv dinner

Inflation fellas - The wife got a speeding ticket just a few weeks ago for going 50 mph in a 40 on Pecue Lane in BR (Total BS).
And cost of the ticket is $196.00

An OT baller simply doesn't care about such trivialities. You're rich, just write a check and move on.

Never in your life? Have you ever been stopped by the police?

I got stopped going 83 in a 35.

It was about 6:15AM on a cold Sunday morning. Not a soul on the road. I was going into work and wanted to be finished by noon so I could be home to watch a LSU basketball game.

All of a sudden a cop car comes from the other direction. I hit the brakes, I look up in my rear view and I see the cop car doing some dukes of hazzard shite, making a U turn with dust flying up and everything. He could have technically arrested me. He asked why I was going that fast, I told him exactly what I said about about wanting to get home to watch the game. He was like "I can understand that. I'd let you go, but you were going a little too fast so I am going to have to write you a ticket". Then that was my first of 3 or 4 within a 5 month period (or about 5 months)..

I've probably had about 8 or 9 tickets. At least have of them I got fixed.

not intentional. I’ve been stopped many times but somehow have never gotten a ticket. I look very angelic.

I gave you an upvote bc some dumbass downvoted you.. But yeah, you do whatever it takes. I've got out of one claiming I was going pick up my nephew and I was late and he was like "okay, well I guess I will make you even later if I give you a ticket. Just slow down and be careful".. Paraphrasing.. but it was around the time schools let out so that was the first thing I could think of.
