The best way is to jump out of your car yelling and cussing while walking aggressively toward the cop.
Usually he will be intimidated and let you go out of fear

Like I said, I didn’t cry intentionally. The onetime I did it, I was lost. He not only didn’t give me a ticket he escorted me to the exit.
